THESE PRICES INCLUDE
The rental of your accommodation, television,Wifi, garage, sheets, pillow slips and charges.
PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE
House linen and telephone. (Possibility of booking in advance or rental on location upon arrival)
End of stay cleaning: in the case it is not done by yourself properly, or upon request: € 40. Pets: € 30 per animal and per week.
Security deposit: € 200 paid upon arrival, refunded by mail the week following your departure, after inventory and cleaning (where necessary).
Tourist tax: € 0.75 per day and per person, free for children under 14 years old.
